About The Center For International Business Ethics (CIBE)
Recognizing China as the major driving force of the world economy, CIBE will host its third annual international conference - “Corporate Responsibility and Consumer Rights.” The mission of the 2007 conference is to foster awareness of consumer rights by stakeholders and inspire ethical leadership and practice in the business circle.
Following the successful conference in 2006 on “Competitiveness and Social Responsibility”, CIBE continues to bring together business people and scholars from China and around the world in order to develop insights and action proposals which integrate ethics into the business strategy.
Our Center for International Business Ethics (CIBE) is a research institution which facilitates the dialogue between businesspeople and scholars by organizing conferences and training seminars with a special focus on the Chinese context.
This conference shall provide an open platform and bring together renowned scholars and business leaders from around the world. It also encourages the participation of young researchers and managers worldwide who are committed to the development of business ethics in China.
